Jarvi represents Radford University at Phi Gamma Delta Leadership Institute

Radford, VA (06/06/2022) — Kennedi Jarvi, coordinator for fraternity and sorority life at Radford University, attended the Phi Gamma Delta Leadership Institute as a facilitator. The leadership institute is a training for undergraduate members who are emerging leaders in their chapters. Jarvi was one of only four women out of a facilitator group of 10 chosen to serve as a leader for the institute.

The week-long institute helps leaders build an action plan for their chapters. Jarvi met individually with several chapter leaders to help them learn skills and tools to help their implement their action plans once they return to campus. Chapters from both the U.S. and Canada were in attendance. Jarvi said, "The institute gave professionals and students an opportunity to talk about real issues facing chapters in today's world and how to meet these challenges to move the chapter forward."
